  Echeveria Topsy Turvy, believed to be a variant of Echeveria runyonii, is a rare succulent that forms upswept rosettes to 6" or more in diameter. The leaves are tubular with widened tips, and icy silver blue in color. 'Topsy Turvy' is considered by some to be a monstrose form, as the leaves are tubular, whereas the leaves of Echeveria runyonii are somewhat flattened, fleshy and have rounded tips.
  
  This plant is easy to grow and is excellent for windowsill culture, great focal point in the rock garden or as a patio plant.
  
  All of the plants may be shipped bare root.
• Sun to Partial Shade.
  
  Avoid letting water sit for too long in the rosette to prevent rot and fungal diseases.
  
  Coral/Apricot.
  
  Late Spring/Early Summer, Mid Summer, Late Summer/Early Fall.
  
  Dead leaves should be removed from the plant as soon as possible to ward off pests.
