This unique variety features densely packed, stacked leaves that form chain-like stems resembling miniature braids. The bright green cylindrical leaves develop golden tips when exposed to ample sunlight. Mature plants may produce small pale yellow flowers along the stems in spring. Its fast-growing, trailing habit (reaching 8-12 inches) makes it ideal for hanging baskets, terrariums, and living wall designs.
How to Care for Crassula muscosa
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light (4-6 hours daily). Tolerates some direct morning sun but protect from intense afternoon rays to prevent scorching.
Water: Water when top inch of soil is dry (every 7-10 days in summer). Reduce to every 3-4 weeks in winter. Avoid waterlogged conditions.
