Meet the ultimate problem-solver for reclaimed water systems: the RD06SP45FN Rain Bird 6" RD1800 Series Spray Head. This premium spray body is packed with every feature you need to maximize efficiency, stop water waste, and simplify maintenance, all in one unit.
Designed specifically for non-potable (reclaimed) water, this model is easily identified by its purple cap, preventing cross-connection with potable water lines.
Features:
- 45 PSI Pressure Regulator (P45): The built-in PRS stem tames high or fluctuating water pressure, maintaining a constant 45 psi. This eliminates wasteful misting and fogging, ensuring optimal performance from your nozzles and saving water.
- SAM Check Valve (S): The heavy-duty Seal-A-Matic (SAM) check valve is a must for properties with slopes. It holds back up to 14 feet of elevation change, preventing puddling, erosion, and water waste from low-head drainage.
- Flow-Shield Technology (F): This is a critical maintenance-saver. If a nozzle is ever missing or damaged, Flow-Shield shoots a visible, 2.2 GPM vertical stream of water. This makes the damaged head easy to spot without allowing a massive, erosive gusher.
