The WM-CMQ-100 series strawberry stem removal machine developed by our company is a new product produced by our company with independent intellectual property rights. This product adopts a turntable method. Silicone strawberry positioning claws are installed on the upper and lower parts of the food-grade plastic disk, and a stainless steel plate is installed on the surface to fix it. The strawberries are manually placed in the material hole in a simple and continuous manner. After entering the next station, the material positioning plate flattens the strawberries to keep the tail at the same height, so that the stem removal link at the rear can keep the same size of the stem. The stem removal system is driven by a servo motor to drive the cutter bar. The cutter head rotates and presses down during the cylinder pressing process. After the cutter head digs the stem and presses the knife to a certain position, the tip of the knife moves toward the center point, making the strawberry stem into a pointed cone shape, and the knife bar returns to the original track during the lifting process. Then enter the finished strawberry separation link, the pneumatic pressure rod presses down at night, and each station is automatically tracked by CNC. If the power is off during the process, each part will automatically return to its position.
