The 4-position adjustable seat and footrest allow your child to be seated in an ideal position with their hips, knees and ankles positioned at a 90° angle for proper posture while eating. This high chair offers extended use with 3 modes: Infant Mode, Toddler Mode and Youth Mode. 1) Infant Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lb (18.1 kg). 2) Toddler Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lb (18.1 kg). 3) Youth Chair: For use only if the child is able to walk unassisted and less than 100 lb (45.4 kg). This high chair includes an easy-to-remove, machine-washable seat cushion made from Green & Gentle™ Fabric. Our sustainable, Green & Gentle Fabric is free of added chemicals and flame retardants and is manufactured using recycled plastic bottles.
