  •   Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is a striking succulent in the Crassulaceae family, native to the Canary Islands where it grows on rocky hillsides and coastal cliffs. This black tree aeonium thrives in mild, Mediterranean-style climates and has been a collector favorite for decades, prized for its dramatic architectural presence both indoors and out.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop forms bold, upright rosettes of deep burgundy-black leaves so dark they look nearly purple in low light, brightening to forest green at the center in softer conditions. The fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves fan out in tight, layered clusters atop sturdy stems, creating a sculptural, almost otherworldly silhouette. As it matures, it naturally branches into a clustering multi-headed specimen that turns heads in any space.

When conditions are right, particularly with a drop in night temperatures, Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop sends up tall, conical flower clusters of small vivid yellow blooms, typically appearing in late winter to spring. Flowering is a true event for this slow-growing beauty, and each rosette blooms once before giving way to new offsets that continue the plant's legacy.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is beginner-friendly despite its dramatic looks, happy on a bright windowsill, a patio in summer, or outdoors in autumn in mild climates. It is a slow grower overall but benefits from occasional rotation for even, symmetrical growth. This pet-friendly plant can survive a 10-day trip without a caretaker, making it a genuinely low-maintenance heirloom-quality piece for any home or garden. It suits a floor display or grouped with other succulents for a bold, architectural statement.

  •   Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop thrives in bright indirect light and may scorch in intense south-facing direct sun.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop prefers watering every 10-14 days, allowing soil to dry out completely between waterings.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop does best in a well-draining cactus and succulent mix blended with perlite for extra drainage.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop prefers temperatures between 25-75°F (-4 to 24°C) and should be brought indoors before hard frost.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is a slow grower and needs only a light balanced fertilizer once in spring to support healthy rosettes.

Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is hardy in USDA Zones 9-11, tolerating brief dips to around 25°F (-4°C) but performing best above freezing. Outdoor growers across California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and coastal Oregon will find Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop an excellent year-round garden or patio plant in these warmer regions. Gardeners in the inland and upper portions of Zone 9 states like Oregon and Nevada should bring Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop indoors or under cover during cold snaps to keep it at its best.
  • Q: How often should I water Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop?
A: Water Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop every 10-14 days during the growing season, letting the soil dry fully between waterings. In summer dormancy, reduce watering significantly.

Q: Is Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop pet friendly?
A: Yes, Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is pet friendly and considered non-toxic to cats and dogs, making it a great choice for pet households.

Q: How fast does Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop grow?
A: Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop is a slow grower, gradually producing new rosettes and branching stems over several seasons. Patience pays off as it develops into a stunning multi-headed specimen.

Q: How do I propagate Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop?
A: Propagate Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop by cutting a healthy rosette with a few inches of stem, letting it callous for a day or two, then planting it in dry succulent mix. Roots typically form within a few weeks.

Q: Why are the leaves on my Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop turning yellow?
A: Yellow leaves on Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop are most commonly a sign of overwatering or poor drainage. Allow the soil to dry out fully between waterings and ensure the pot has drainage holes.

Q: Can Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop grow under office LED lights?
A: Aeonium Black Rose Zwartkop can adapt to bright office LED conditions, though the dark leaf color may soften slightly without natural light. Rotate the plant regularly for even, balanced growth.

Compact hub that punches well above its size
Color: Black
This hub handles 4K HDMI output and three data ports cleanly without any noticeable lag or connection issues. The powered ports on both the USB-C and USB-A sides are a useful feature for running peripherals without draining the host device. Compact enough to leave plugged in permanently without getting in the way. Works reliably on MacBook and Dell machines as described. Good value for a well-built hub with a solid feature set.

Compact, Travel friendly, Works well with ROG ALLY
Color: White
This is a compact and well built adapter, and it is travel friendly. I use it for my ROG ALLY when I don’t want it docked and still need charging and other device inputs. It has just about enough ports for what I need, usb-c power delivery port for charging (ROG ALLY can still run at maximum performance using this with a 100W charging brick and a cable that allows 100W power pass through). I use the remaining USB-C port and two USB-A ports for external hard drives or gaming controller 2.4Ghz receiver. Transferring files between ROG ALLY and an external SSD with this adapter is fast, could reach above 380 mb/s. All the device inputs were as advertised, “plug and play”. The hdmi port also gives me an option to connect my ROG ALLY to TV when I don’t have the dock which takes up more space for traveling. One thing to note, you will have to use the USB-C port on your PC which provides more power (usually at the back and not on the front of the pc), if not plugged in to a power source. When I received my first order, I plugged it into the front USB-C port of my mini PC, just for my wired keyboard and mouse, the computer didn’t recognize it and couldn’t get any input from my keyboard and mouse. I returned the first one and thought it wouldn’t work as I expected. A few days later when I was using another Anker 7 in 1 USB-C adapter, I ran into the same issue but I know that adapter had been working well, then I realized I had to plug it into the port on the back of the PC. So I got this again and tried, it just worked like a charm. Hope they actually mentioned it on their product page so I wouldn’t have to return the first one. The cable length on this adapter is just right, not too long or too short when using with ROG ALLY (not hanging, since the cable is pretty sturdy, when I picked up the ROG ALLY, the adapter just comes along).

Reliable Hub That Gets the Job Done
Color: Blue, Color: Blue
Solid Anker USB C hub that does what it’s supposed to do. Ports work well and it’s easy to use right out of the box. Only downside is the hard plastic casing, it feels fine, but I could see it cracking if something heavy drops on it.

Helped transfer data from Samsung Galaxy S21 with broken screen.
Color: Black
Helped me transfer data from a Samsung Galaxy S21 with broken screen. Simple put USB C end into phone , grab HDMI cable and plug into hub , then plug HDMI end into a monitor. Then grab a wireless keyboard & mouse and plug dongle into hub. Your phone will output to monitor and you can transfer data via Smart Switch using keyboard & mouse. Will only work if phone is unlocked I found on S21.

Color: Black
Ever felt like your laptop was playing a cruel joke on you with its lack of ports? Enter the Anker 332 USB-C Hub (5-in-1)—the tech equivalent of a superhero swooping in to save the day (and your productivity). Port Party This hub is like the ultimate party host: it’s got a little something for everyone. Need to connect an external monitor? Boom, there’s a 4K HDMI port. Want to transfer files faster than a cheetah on a caffeine rush? It’s got two 5 Gbps USB-A ports and a 5 Gbps USB-C data port ready to go. Oh, and don’t worry about keeping your laptop charged while you’re multitasking like a boss—there’s a 100W PD-IN port to keep the power flowing. 4K HDMI: Because Why Settle for Less? Let’s talk about that HDMI port, shall we? We’re talking 4K at 30Hz, which means your Netflix binge or work presentation will look crisp, clean, and oh-so-satisfying. It’s like upgrading from VHS to Blu-ray—you won’t believe you ever survived without it. File Transfers in a Flash Remember the days when transferring files felt like waiting for dial-up internet to connect? Yeah, those days are over. With up to 5 Gbps transfer speeds, you can move files so fast that you’ll barely have time to grab your coffee before it’s done. Just think of all the time you’ll save—and how much more you can procrastinate as a result! Pass-Through Charging: Power Up, Don’t Power Down One of the worst feelings in the tech world is watching your battery icon turn red while you’re in the middle of something important. But fear not—this hub’s got you covered with up to 85W pass-through charging. So, go ahead and keep doing whatever it is you’re doing, whether it’s crushing deadlines or browsing cat memes (no judgment here). Compact and Reliable The Anker 332 USB-C Hub is compact enough to slip into your laptop bag without a second thought. And with an 18-month worry-free warranty, it’s clear that Anker has your back—just in case you get a little too enthusiastic with all those ports. Final Thought In a world where laptops keep losing ports faster than you lose socks in the laundry, the Anker 332 USB-C Hub is the perfect solution. It’s reliable, versatile, and just what you need to bring your laptop back to life. So go ahead—plug in, power up, and let the good times (and files) roll!
