Quick Set Gear

The E37S now has a worm gear assembly for stepless adjustment. By turning the handle, the worm gear can adjust the grind’s fineness without having to take your grinder apart to get your preferred grinding range. Sealed threads act as clog repellent for uninterrupted use.

500 Watt Rectified Motor

The E37S' mechanically suspended motor is encased in a shell and rests on rubber mounts to allow the machine to function 30% quieter than its peers. This 500 watt rectified motor is designed to minimize thermal expansion during the grinding process.

Grinding burrs:

• Flat burrs - Very large size at 83 mm. The larger the size, the more of a grinding surface, resulting in faster production.
• High rpm - Faster spinning rate at 1600 rpm. The higher the speed, the faster the production, which can increase efficiency and reduce wait times.
• Easy access - Remove the bean hopper. There are 3 screws holding the top burr carrier which you can remove with a Philips head screwdriver. This will give you access to the burrs and the grinding chamber. The burrs themselves are held in with flat head screws.

Bean hopper:

• Low profile - Previous versions of the E37S came with a very tall hopper. The new V2 version now comes with a short hopper which will help it fit under most kitchen cabinets.
• Rubber neck guard - Reduces the risk of your bean hopper cracking when installing or removing it.
• Stopper - A door near the bottom of the hopper can be pushed in to close the opening. This allows you to remove the hopper with beans inside so you can easily change the beans. There will be some beans already passed in the burrs which will have to be ground out first before removing the hopper.

Steady Lock Burr System

Ceado’s Steady Lock Burr System is a true innovation. It keeps the burrs locked into place at a designated distance apart, regardless of use, which ensures consistent grounds and simply doesn’t allow the burrs to fall out of calibration.

Portafilter fork:

• Ease of use - Allows your portafilter to sit while grinding. There is no need to hold it with your hand. The metal lip that holds the portafilter is adjustable which helps accommodate almost any portafilter. The clearance from the fork to the funnel is approximately 2.625".
• Rubber fork - The fork is fitted with a rubber guard which helps your portafilter sit easier.
