Designer Notes: Use your cheap flying creatures to cast your commander early for only 1 mana using her effect. Sephara can protect the rest of your creatures, and is also a huge threat on her own. Cards like Marshal's Anthem and Kangee's Lieutenant can help power up your flying army and end the game more quickly! The deck plays a few additional powerful angels to help finish out the game.
