Fun little find!!

Purple space chickens? Honestly, how do you NOT pick this up? My 9-year-old β who would normally choose sports, snacks, or making mysterious smells over reading β actually sat down and READ this willingly. Not only that, I heard random little laughs coming from his room, which basically never happens with books.
For once, getting him to read didnβt feel like I was negotiating a hostage situation. The story was goofy, fun, and weird in exactly the right way for this age group. Overall, such a fun little treasure find for reluctant readers and goofy boys with endless energy.

Fun book for anyone liking purple.

Love all her books but this one on Kindle has no color

Love that she sends free books for Kindle but this one is all black and white inside. For children should have lots of color, first time being disappointed but still good book

My son didnβt enjoy reading independently before this book

My son is 7, in 2nd grade. I got him this book in his Easter basket. Tonight he voluntarily picked it up, read the first chapter, was laughing, and then told me about it!! Heβs never voluntarily picked up and read a chapter book before other than a graphic novel ! :)

Wholesome books for young growing readers, yes please! Itβs a great mix of funny and sweet that any kid will love. I love seeing the characters grow from the unicorn and dinosaurs books. I love that they are real children too. Itβs a great message for kids!
