My puppy loves it but she is tearing apart

My dog loved the toy, she has fun with it, she is just 4 months old and she is teething. I just gave it to her for 10 minutes a day for the past 2 days (lost 2 baby toothβs) but the toy started to break with her chewing it.
Doesnβt squeak to much but I thought that it was going to be more resistant.
