About the Fit: Cup size is customizable up to 40DD if selecting 'custom measurement service.' Skirt length measures approximately 20" from natural waistline. If desired, skirt length can be customized (to accommodate different heights) within a 3" range complimentary, if selecting 'custom measurement service' as the size option. helps me sleep

i've had bouts of insomia my whole life. i've done melatonin, tryptophan, valerian roots, marijuana (legal in my state), chamomile tea, etc. you name it. i didn't buy this as a sleep supplement, but i notice that it will knock me out in about 30 minutes flat if i take it at night. most of my supplements i take in the morning, but i save this one for night time.
an unexpected surprise, quality seems good, nothing but positive words to say about it. the sleep benefits alone make it worth the purchase.
