Beautiful White Cotton Beach Dress with Gold Heart Embroidery

A beautiful new beach dress in white with pretty gold hand-sewn heart motif embroidery on the sleeve and hemlines. Bermuda is a fabulous new shape of beach dress in soft cotton that is such a dream to wear. Cool and lightweight, the sumptuously soft cotton is a natural fibre and allows the skin to breathe even in warm tropical holiday destinations. The V neckline is left plain, allowing you to layer with your favourite necklaces or leave plain. The back of the neck is gently rounded. This pretty beach dress is based on several classic Lindsey Brown garments and has the fit and flow of our Provence dress and our Monaco kaftan if you have those dresses.

Three-Quarter Sleeves with Hand-Sewn Gold Heart Motifs

The sleeves are three-quarter length with soft elastic cuffs, allowing you to wear the sleeve pulled up to the elbow or leave long at three-quarter length. The sleeves have pretty gold metallic embroidery with hand-sewn heart motifs featured on the sleeve, so you can see the embroidery from every direction, creating flow and shape to the dress. The skirt hemline flares out gently to a tiered hemline, decorated with gold embroidery and heart motifs featured on the corner of the dress. The heart motifs are intentionally placed on the sides of the dress to draw the eye away from the body, creating a flattering silhouette.

Versatile Styling with Optional Matching Belt

If you prefer a cinched-in waist, you can wear this beach dress with the matching belt, adorned with hearts on the tip of the belt. True to size, the dress is designed to be loose and floaty. You can wear your true dress size in this pretty cotton beach dress. Not just for the beach, the new Bermuda dress is designed to wear on warm days with flat sandals or flirty wedge heels for dinner and brunches on your next winter sun holiday wearing white beach dresses. The ingredient list checks out as a sunscreen, but for SPF 50, it seemed too watery from my observation. It was easy to apply because it’s light and watery, but I doubt it’s as effective as it should be. This glowing and lightweight sunscreen also has a faint watermelon like scent, and all those nice oil based ingredients moisturized my skin well. The spray is convenient and easy to use, and I like that about it. However, I am just not a big fan of glittery stuff. Whether it’s on a Christmas card or on my skin, whether I like it or not, it will end up being eaten or breathed in one way or another. Overall, this is an okay product, and I really wish it didn’t have glitter in it.

Summer ready

This is very cute sheer mist for all over body. I’m not sure if it really works as sunscreen because I feel it too watery to apply it nicely all over. I definitely don’t intend to use it as facial sunscreen (I’m trying to protect my face from more dark spots). The mist is very sparkly and I love it. Once sprayed it provides sparkly finish and it looks nice. There’s no smell (or very very mild one) and it absorbs really fast due to it being very watery. Now as someone mentioned the spray part is a bit annoying- it leaves patches of watery spray instead of fine mist. You definitely need to tap it in after spraying which is a bit annoying. I’ll definitely use this as part of my pool/beach routine - probably on top of “normal” sunscreen for all over my body. It adds a bit of hydration too which is nice.

Too Strongly Fragranced and Poor Spray Application

I did not care for this product. The fragrance is far too strong for something intended to be used on the face, and it becomes overwhelming quickly. The nozzle is also a major issue—it doesn’t deliver a fine mist like a setting spray should. Instead, it kind of splats product onto the face, which makes even application difficult and defeats the purpose of a setting spray. While it does technically set makeup and add a bit of shimmer, the drawbacks are significant enough that I personally would not use it again.

Nice Concept, But Coverage Feels Uneven

I really like the idea of this sunscreen setting mist and I do like that it gives the skin a subtle sparkle/glowy finish. That said, the spray itself doesn’t feel evenly distributed, and it dries almost immediately, so there’s no time to blend or redistribute the product. I find myself spraying multiple times from different angles before I feel like my skin is actually covered and protected. It’s pretty and convenient in theory, but I’m not fully confident in the level of sun protection it provides.

Very pretty shimmer

This setting spray applies a very pretty glitter when used. It does have a slightly sweet smell that is almost a watermelon scent to me. The first spray or two is a bit thick, so do not spray onto your face without priming the sprayer the first time. After that first time the sprayer works perfectly, it doesn't clog and distributed a nice fine mist. It leaves my skin feeling softer and hydrated. It does not leave any greasy feeling and dries down quickly. I don't know that it does a ton for makeup setting, but as a shimmering oil and face and body mist it is great.
