Make sure the 2 long wheels without locker are install precisely on the inner frame. (When you install the wheel in position, you will hear a loud and clear voice "ka", the wheels will no more shaking.) 5. Turn over the middle grid layer, upright the whole rack, and open it crossly. 6. Install the hooks at the frame, you can adjust the height. Try to storage-FOLD UP the Rack 1. Tear down the hooks first. 2. Close cross the rack, make sure the Salient Point in the middle of the rack is face to the same side. 3. Lie down on the floor, turn over the middle layer towards the upper layer. 4. Fold up the rack. Then you can make it slim to storage everywhere.
