• Custom: We offer free customization. The embroidered patterns can be added and customized, the cost may change depending on how complicated they are. Feel free to ask; we’re always here for you!

• Size: Petite, Regular, Plus Size - all our clothes are custom-made; we do all sizes.

• The model is wearing a size S (bust/waist/hip/height: 35/26/35/66 inches).

Garment Care

• Wash each color separately (our handmade silk may experience slight fading in initial washes due to hand-dyeing).

• Use shampoo for washing.

• After soaking in softener, gently squeeze out excess water and hang the clothes.

• After hanging for 5-10 minutes, gently shake to prevent silk from wrinkling.

• Avoid rubbing or squeezing strongly.

• Dry in the shade.

• Iron using the silk mode.

• Machine washable with a laundry bag on the lightest setting; avoid wringing.
For optimal care, consider professional dry cleaning.

• When storing the product for an extended period, use cotton bags instead of nylon to prevent potential discoloration.

Shipping

Exchange & Return

This is a made-to-measure order, so every sale is final. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- The product does not match the size and measurements you provided.

- The items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.

- Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our studio address (Ha Noi, Vietnam).

- Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 14 days.

Packaging

• Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.

• Gift wrapping available. If required, a message will be included.
