From the waist flares a full tulle net skirt which is trimmed at the hem with hand cut silk ruffles creating a wonderful shape to the hem. Lined with a separate silk slip. Fabric: tulle, silk and sequins Colour: black Fastening: pull on with side poppers to fit. Replaced with transparent plastic
