I’ve been using this COOLA Recovery+ Face Mist right after running, and it does wonders. After a run, my face usually looks flushed and feels a bit irritated from sweat and heat. A couple sprays of this helps tremendously. It provides an immediate cooling and refreshing feel without irritation. It really helps reduce that post run redness faster and it feels very gentle. I put this sunscreen on immediately after it was delivered. It smells so good & goes on smoothly without any white residue. It seems to protect the skin, but then again I put some on every hour on the hour and didn't have any issues. I will be reordering.
