The colors...the print...the simple design on this vintage 70s Retro Floral Print Scooter Dress are absolute perfection.  Styled with a wide nipped-in waist band adorned with little white buttons, so darn cute from top to bottom.

The dress is unlined and zips up the rear with a nylon zipper.  It is made with a heavier cotton faille.  Great vintage condition.

This is an XS/teen size but I couldn't resits buying it.

Waist 24" (ouch!)  this measurement is taken at the bottom seam of the wide waist band as that seems to be the tightest part of the waist.
