Seriously, the most lovely, etherial vintage dress from the 1940's. Sheer pastel blue tiered dress with embroidered neon florals. Lace panel at the center bodice and shoulders with cap sleeves. This dress is very tiny and does not have any zippers or closures. The model is 5'0 and a size XS/0 and it fits her perfectly.

Fabric: Chiffon 

Condition: Overall great. Half inch tear on bodice above orange flower, small seam separation at waist, about 2" L shaped tear below waist seam in folds of skirt, light orange lines on back skirt. In photography lighting there are spots visible on the back bodice and underarm discoloration, but in regular lighting there's a hard time locating them or seeing the discoloration

It's incredibly frustrating to spend time and money on something that is so poorly made. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they want to waste their time and end up with a subpar product. This is merely a piece of cloth stretched between the frame borders, but it works perfectly. It arrived quickly, all parts present and in good condition. I didn't put the castors on, as it will be more or less always in one position. I simply attached some felt sliders on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor and to allow clearance for the center screw (which is not flush fit). Overall, a reasonable deal for the price point.
