 Custom sizing, fabric, and color is possible. This piece can be made in a sheer Silk Chiffon or a sheer French Lace.  Wendy makes many slips- V Slip, Bias Cut Slip Dress, Slip Dress with Train, Aquarius Slip Dress, Libra Slip Dress, Fitted Slip Dress, and others-  that can be worn underneath. The same shape can be made in an opaque Silk Charmeuse. It can be worn alone or layered underneath the sheer piece.

I'm a 4'7" , 65 year old woman. Due to abdominal issues I needed jeans that give that extra something on the waist.
