Condition:  Excellent, but please notice a few imperfections in the last two or three images.  I'm still calling the condition excellent.  One other note, the tulle is extremely fine gauge, very delicate and there are a few small holes/separation in the mesh. One recommendation is to replace the tulle if you are somehow able to match the color or leave as is and repair some of the holes.
