This is a perfect disco era dress made of black coloured polyester with silver lurex trim and shoulder straps.  The dress is made in a halter style with straps that crisscross at the back, which is cut low to reveal most of the back.  The neckline is cut in a fairly deep V.  The silver lurex trims the neckline and wraps around the waist in two bands.  It is made in a simple full length that flares to the hemline, so that it falls in drapes and has nice movement if dancing.  It is unlined does up the back with a nylon zipper.   

Label: None - there had been a label but it was removed (see last close-up photo).

Fabric:  Polyester - fabric has some stretch to it

Sizing: Size 42 is indicated, but the dress should fit a medium size.   Please rely on the following measurements for fit, keeping in mind that the fabric has some stretch and the dress should be form fitting:

Bust: 36” around, approximated - difficult to measure due to open back

Waist: 26”

Hips: 36”

Overall length: 59", measured flat, from the top of the shoulder strap to the hemline

Condition:  It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, staining or odor - this dress looks to have seen very little use and was well stored and cared for over the years.    

This is a perfect disco era dress!  It should be spectacular if it fits right....great for a disco party!
