Dress with fitted bodice has bateau neck at front, U-neckline at back, long skirt with two insets and inverted pleats at back and at front. Bodice front and skirt front are in one. Bodice is underlined. Dress has bias bow of self-fabric at front of neck, center back zipper.

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with small swatch of original 1960's brocade used to make dress previously. Comes complete with the instructions. 
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tearing, darkening and weak edges. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
