We were fortunate to acquire it in gorgeous condition from the original owner who still had the original box. It appears to have been worn seldom and carefully in appreciation of its quality and value and then safely stored away in its box.

Its case presents as mint with only light previous polishing. Its untouched original dial is flawless. And its movement is near pristine. It has been very well-maintained. The inside of the case shows record of an extensive servicing history including a servicing by Rolex at the New York service center in 1986.

Our watchmaker has freshly disassembled the movement down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. It is keeping extremely accurate time.

For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new black cord strap that replicates the look of the original making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

As mentioned, accompanying the watch it is original Rolex box from the 1960's.
