Original vintage 1940s blue silk velvet strapless evening gown with matching bolero.

The dress has a sweetheart neckline with a collared edge and finely ruched, fitted bodice. The skirt is full and gently gathered falling to the ankles. Lined bodice with boning.
The matching bolero can be worn either way and creates an elegant style back to front. 

Many ways to style, blue velvet strappy heels would be gorgeous with some statement earrings and bracelets.
