From the late 1940s or early 1950s, a silk party dress with alternating bands of mauve pink and cream lace.

I’m impressed. This is a good example of doing something simple, but doing it right. The packaging is great - a simple box with 2 perfectly snug plastic containers inside, each containing a plastic-wrapped tongue scraper. The scrapers felt hefty and sturdy.
