It's crafted from diaphanous airy organza, with a sailor collar emphasized by contrasting trim— the material really serves this element well and prevents it from ever feeling too stiff. It has button details closing the bodice, and a belt tie at the waist, forming a bow in the back – the waist has hidden elastic. Both of the linings have horse hair at the hem to keep that beautiful full shape of the skirt.

Measurements: As-is, this will likely best fit a size Medium or Small, but it would not be difficult to have it taken in.
