The sleeves on this white maternity gown are long sleeved with a cozy body hugging fit. You can wear it up to your shoulder for a bit more risqué off shoulder maternity fashion look. This seems to be a quality product, and I was initially happy to see that this is a one capsule dose (the main reason I ordered this brand). I was also pleased that the capsule size is small, especially compared to most fish oil capsules. What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.
