I'm always blown away by the construction of Halston pieces as they have very few seams. Halter construction with super long, delicate ties that can be wrapped around bodice several times. Flattering open back, fitted waist and full maxi length skirt with incredible movement. Rear zip and hook + eye closures at waist. Unlined. Union made in the U.S.A. So glamorous. A collectible piece of fashion history! Perfect for weddings, parties and events.

One thing is that the double sides aren't bonded together so it's like having two blankets sewed together but it's not so unruly, for me, that it becomes unruly. Anyway, adequate thickness and super soft. Not super heavy, not too lightweight...a goldilocks weight.
