Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x10 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. Full-color dye sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a backdrop. One wall or three, your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth space without closing it off. They're useful anywhere customers walk up directly.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only. That works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces, worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind as well.
How many people does setup take?
One person can do it. Two people make it faster, especially when attaching walls.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Super cute and soft!

Daughter fits very well in this pink pullover sweater. It’s true to size very pleased with the make of the sweater, it’s made very well very soft, is medium thickness and is warm for my daughter to wear in NY’s cool fall weather and now winter with a coat of course. Also is not to thick where wearing a coat could be an issue. Great value for your money in the product you are getting it washes well and stains come out easily sometimes with a little help. Great buy must have!

Extremely soft and warm!!

This is a really nice thick toddler hoodie! I bought the dark pink in a size 2t for my 25 month old daughter. She weighs 28 pounds. It is a great fit and also has a little wiggle room. The hoodie is extremely soft and comfortable. Keeps her toasty warm. Holds up in the wash, no shrinking. Came packaged well, no funky smell, arrived on time. Overall a great purchase

runs small

This hoodie is cute, cozy, and apparently designed for a child who has never met a growth spurt. It runs really small, like “did I accidentally order doll clothes?” small. The fabric feels nice and soft though, and right out of the package it looked well made and sturd... no loose threads or sketchy seams. Just definitely size up unless you’re planning for a very snug, fashion-forward moment.
I bought this hoodie specifically to add a vinyl decal, and for that purpose it worked great. The material took the vinyl nicely, pressed well, and didn’t scorch or warp, which is always a relief when you’re hovering over a heat press like a nervous parent. It also washes nicely and still looks good after laundering… though it did shrink a little, which did not help its already petite situation. the material is thick and nice weight.
Pros: good quality fabric, soft and comfy, great surface for vinyl decals, washes well. Cons: runs very small, shrinks a bit after washing, value is average unless you size up. Overall, it’s a nice little hoodie that does the job—as long as you order with future growth (and laundry shrinkage) firmly in mind.
