Das "Schinken-Set Serrano mit Zubehör" beinhaltet den Klassiker der spanischen Küche, einen ganzen Serrano-Schinken, sowie ein dekoratives Holzgestell (Jamonera) und ein Messer-Set inklusive Schinkenmesser (Jamonero), um den Schinken fachmännisch einzuspannen, aufzuschneiden und natürlich zu genießen.

Der Jamón Serrano Reserva ist ein traditionell gereifter Serranoschinken vom weißen Schwein der Schinkenmacher von Jamones España aus Toledo. Die Provinz liegt auf ca. 1.000 m Höhe über dem Meeresspiegel und bietet ein optimales Reifeklima für die Lufttrocknung von Serrano Schinken in den Trockenkammern (secaderos) und Reiferäumen (bodega) der Schinkenmanufakturen.

Durch seine garantierte Reifezeit von mindestens 12 Monaten wird der Schinken in Spanien als "jamón Reserva" klassifiziert, als Ausdruck seiner langen Reifezeit. Der Schinken weist einen typischen, mild-nussigen Serrano-Geschmack auf. Der Schinken wird als ganzer Schinken mit Knochen, eingeschweißt in einem stabilen Kunststoffbeutel bei Ihnen angeliefert.
