Attention Ranger, Vexus, Phoenix, Falcon, Legend, Champion & Crestline boat owners... you will need the 1.77" to 3/4" adapter for The BOOM! to fit your boat, so select the option for that.

Other Seat Post Adapters for The BOOM!:
• Springfield Hi-Lo Taper-Lock to 3/4" Part 1600409 9" tall: from iBoat Click here
• Springfield 2 3/8" plug in base: Springfield does not make an adapter, so you would have to take a spare post or purchase this one (3300712 Click here) and create your own custom to 3/4" adapter on top. 

URGENT: We do NOT recommend putting a battery box like JUICEBANK on top of The BOOM! as leverage and big waves could break it off along with your camera. Always tether your stick and camera. Our customers mostly use these three options:
OPTION #1: Surface Mount USB added in your battery compartment and a USB cord from your camera to the hard wired USB plug.
OPTION #2: 10' USB Cord over to your console USB ports. Use Silicone Rainproof Putty on these USB ports to keep water and dust out.
OPTION #3: Battery bank in a dry box and USB cord from camera to the battery bank. But remember, if you forget to charge the battery bank that would be bad, so maybe have a back-up plan. Questions, contact us.

NOTE: The BOOM! Xtreme will ship USPS Ground Advantage and takes about 4 to 10 days to arrive. If you select Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight, we will contact you with the actual price. All the carriers are charging a lot more for products over 48" in length. Any questions, please contact us.

Cultural context is very important (the Bible was written FOR us but was written TO ancient peoples living in a different culture) and especially so in the Old Testament. Dr Wright’s book are known for their readability. This book can be read cover to cover or used as reference material on a single chapter. It does weigh 4.5 pounds probably caused by the heavy glossy paper pages. The maps and illustrations require this type of paper (I think) and there are illustrations and maps on most every page. As usual with a Wright & Byrd book, the NT is placed in a geographical and historical context that sheds light on its meaning to modern readers. If you teach this subject at your church (or just want to learn), you will benefit from the information in this book.

Looks fascinating but poorly wrapped

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. You would think with a book of this weight that it would have been wrapped in a thin bubble wrap to keep the dust jacket from ripping, right? Because that is what any serious book seller would have done if it had been shipped by them. But, as you can see, from the other reviews, Amazon did not do that. Keep that in mind while enjoying the low price, and consider that you might have to return it and hope for a better wrap job the second time if it’s going to be a gift. As far as content, though, it looks fascinating!!!!! The pictures, especially of the art of the period, are gorgeous. Maps and tables are super helpful. It may not be as in depth as others would prefer on each subject. However, it is a great one-stop starting point for someone who is just getting their toes wet. I have been a Bible reader/student for over twenty years, and I found something informative on each page. So unless you have a PhD in Biblical studies, I think you would find this a useful purchase and a foundational book for your library.

This is a magnificent nudge to value and form a christian word view based on the story of Gods work in the world. There is a thread that runs through the surveys of each book - all of history, past, present and future, has been compressed into Jesus, and the life that has burst from Him through his resurrection gives meaning to all things, in all places across all of time. The authors help us see this meaning in scripture and then diffuse that meaning through our lives. The final chapters offer a tremendous picture of what it looks like to live for God in Gods world - it was deeply inspiring!
