Florence Guy farms this fifth generation estate organically since 2008. Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed, then fermented spontaneously in concrete tanks with short maceration and temperature
Château Coujan La Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Saint-Chinian appellation of Languedoc-Roussillon. Florence Guy farms this fifth-generation estate organically since 2008. Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed, then fermented spontaneously in concrete tanks with short maceration and temperature control. The wine is bottled the following spring after light filtration with minimal sulfur at 13% ABV.
