A cute interactive pet toy. You turn it on by screwing off the top, and it has 3 different modes and flashing lights. The ropes are separate and you tie them on the top. It rolls and moves around on the floor at different speeds depending on which mode and flashes different colored lights. It seems durable. It's rechargeable, so no batteries, and you can apparently use a bluetooth connection to download more sounds, etc. It's basically just chirps now and then. Overall a great toy for bored pets.
