Directions:

• If using Aloe Vera Juice for the first time start with 30 ml to 50 ml per day for the first week or to allow your digestion to get use to it.

• Add 10gm powder (approximately two rounded tsp.) to 1 litre water and shake. Allow approximately 10 mins to dissolve. Refrigerate & consume within 3 to 5 days. Consume a minimum of 200 ml to 300 ml per day.
